Privacy Policy

NEET Receipt (“we”, “us”) makes verified receipts: images and short videos that show results pulled straight from the source, like a trading account, a Roblox game, a store or a creator channel. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Short version: we read only what’s needed to make your receipt, we never ask for your passwords, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t store your stats.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. You pick a NEET username, and you can set a handle for your receipts.
- Backgrounds you share. If you share a photo or clip with the community, we store the file, its title, your username as credit, and likes, uses and reports on it. If you ask for a second opinion on an upload that was blocked, we keep that file privately until a reviewer decides.
- Backgrounds you don’t share. These stay in your own browser on your device. To run the safety check we send a few still frames to our moderation service; we don’t keep them.
- Connected accounts. When you connect an account to make a receipt, we read the numbers for that receipt at that moment (for example: views and estimated earnings from YouTube, or revenue and visits from Roblox). We don’t save these stats on our servers. The numbers printed on a receipt are sealed into its check link (the QR code) so anyone can confirm the receipt wasn’t edited.
- Basic technical data our hosting providers log automatically, like IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
What we never collect
- Passwords for your broker, Roblox, YouTube, store or any other account.
- Payment card details (when payments launch, they’ll be handled by a payment processor; we won’t see your full card number).
Google and YouTube data
If you connect YouTube, we ask Google for read-only access to your channel and its analytics (including estimated revenue, if you allow it). We use it only to show your numbers on a receipt you make. The access token is kept in an encrypted, short-lived cookie in your browser (about one hour) and is not stored on our servers. We don’t post, change or delete anything on your channel.
NEET Receipt’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t use Google user data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train AI models. You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. YouTube data is also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Roblox
To verify a Roblox game you paste an Open Cloud API key with read-only analytics access. It’s used for that one request and is never saved. We recommend deleting the key from Roblox afterwards.
How we use information
- To make and verify your receipts.
- To run your account, your username and community backgrounds (credits, likes, trending, search by code or creator).
- To keep the community safe: automated safety checks on uploads, reports, and human review.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service working.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We use service providers to run NEET Receipt: hosting (Vercel), database, sign-in and file storage (Supabase), and an AI content-moderation service that checks uploaded backgrounds for things like nudity, hate symbols and violence. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect people’s safety.
Public by design: your NEET username, backgrounds you share (with their #code and credit), and anything printed on a receipt you post.
How long we keep it
- Your account and shared backgrounds: until you delete them or ask us to.
- Blocked uploads sent for a second opinion: deleted if a reviewer rejects them; kept privately for your use if cleared.
- Connected-account tokens: about one hour, in your browser only.
Your choices
- Sign out at any time from Settings › Account.
- Ask us to delete your account and shared backgrounds by emailing neetreceipt@gmail.com from the email you sign in with. We’ll do it within 30 days.
- Clear what’s saved in your browser from Settings › Storage.
- Disconnect Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Kids
NEET Receipt is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, signed receipt links, row-level access rules in our database, and keep secrets on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and for important changes we’ll let you know on the site.
